An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to join The Weir Residential Care Home in East Riding.You must have at least 2 years’ experience in a senior management position.The home is registered to accommodate 31 older people and is rated Good with The Care Quality Commission.Responsibilities but not limited to:- To support the manager in all aspects of running the home including on call rota To have previous knowledge of developing personal centred care plans To be up to date on current care home legislation To be able to motivate and develop teams To have good knowledge of client needs Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a senior post Must show personal development plan to reflect the role’s requirements In order to be considered for this role you must demonstrate a caring and compassionate nature with skills in developing teams and a professional outlook.
