The medium sized home is owned by a national care provider with homes across the UK and West Midlands. They are a highly sought after provider of specialist residential care for the elderly and those suffering with dementia. The home has an excellent reputation, and is seeking an enthusiastic Deputy manager who is fully up to date with CQC legislation. The home has an experienced team of dedicated staff who have received specialist training in caring for people with dementia. They provide continuity of care and most of the staff have worked at the home for many years.

Job Requirements For The Deputy Manager
  • Assist the Manager in the day to day running of the home
  • Overall management of the home in the Managers absence
  • Experience with elderly/dementia
  • Excellent understanding of CQC legislation
  • Have a strong personality and the desire to succeed
