The postholder will be responsible for supporting the Head of Workforce and Organisational Developmentand HR Senior Leadership Teamin the implementation of the Trusts People & OD Strategy, contributing to Trust-wide organisational development and cultural programmes of work; managing several work streams and projects, ensuring key workforce systems and processes, that underpin a highly skilled, motivated workforce.
