The Job Role

  • Deputy General Manager of a superb independent school with over 700 students
  • To concentrate on the hospitality side of the operation, inclusive of weddings and external events alongside in-house requirements.
  • 100% Fresh Food Operation
  • The Deputy General Manager will be required to lead and develop a sizeable enthusiastic team.

The Requirements

  • The successful applicant will already be a proven Deputy General Manager and/or Catering Manager.
  • Experience within Hospitality & Events is beneficial.
  • A Hotel, Events Venue, B&I and/or Independent School background is required
  • A passionate foodie with a strong knowledge of British cuisine.
  • A team player who leads from the front.
