WOLF HEALTHCARE HEREFORD & WORCESTERrequire an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join a professional and passionate team at an intimate residential care home supporting up to 14 adults with Learning Disabilities, ASD and Mental Health concerns whilst emphasising autonomy.

This stunning residential care home based in Ross-on-Wye, set within own grounds in a quiet residential area, adopts a person-centred approach offering support with everyday skills - personalised to suit each individual’s specific needs. They are focused on the strengths, interests and dreams of each person supported. The ethos of a ‘fun and happy’ place is upheld.

This person-focused care home offers a friendly and supportive environment in which to work as a Deputy Care Home Manager for a professional who is looking for a full time permanent position (35hrs).

WOLF HEALTHCARE BIRMINGHAM are looking for a Deputy Care Home Manger who:
  • Has broad experience managing people, service and quality within learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders and/or mental health needs
  • Has excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Has good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
  • Holds NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care Level 3 or above, and willing to work towards Level 4
  • Demonstrates a high level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service
  • Communicates effectively at all levels
  • Understands commercial principles and practices
