The Role

We have a superb opportunity for a motivated Den Assistant to join our brilliant Four Bears Den team, ensuring the children of our lovely guests have a wonderful time.

What You’ll Do

Working as part of a motivated team, you will prepare, organise and deliver a fun, safe and stimulating activity programme for children in your care. We are looking for a reliable person with great attention to detail and capable of delivering consistent standards.
What we need from you...
  • An accredited childcare/play work qualification to at least level 2 standards. If you are studying for your Level 2 we would also like to hear from you.
  • CRB check is essential
  • First Aid desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Passion for child care
  • Flexibility to work hours as set by the business, shifts include bank-holidays and weekends
