WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR?
- This is an amazing opportunity for an accomplished Demi or Chef de Partie to embark on a new adventure – opening a stunning new restaurant backed by thriving restaurateurs.
- A Chef de Partie with at least two years’ experience working within professional kitchens.
- The successful chef de partie must have good access to the South East area (Dulwich/Peckham/Brixton) to ensure travelling does become an issue. *Last trains are usually 11:00pm! So you will rely heavily on bus routes.
- The perfect Chef de Partie will have a great attitude, keen to learn and they must be self-motivated
