Dementia Friend to Manager
You may start your journey as a Dementia Friend & Companion, but in this sector, there are endless opportunities to learn and progress into more Senior roles. Our Registered Manager started as a Dementia Friend, but we helped her gain experience and qualifications, and she has not looked back. Who knows, you could have a similar career path?

Benefits & Hours
  • £10.50 per hour weekdays, £11.50 Weekends, plus mileage.
  • Enhanced Bank Holiday Rates.
  • Paid Travel & Waiting time.
  • Early mornings, evenings & some hours on alternate weekends.
  • Minimum 1-hour home visit.
  • Excellent initial training, ongoing support & development.
