Our services include e-learning development, learning experience design, graphic design, video, animation, consultancy and training. Who Are We Looking For?

For this role, we are open to applicants across all experience levels. We don’t mind if you have never done anything like this before or have no experience of digital learning, as long as you have the right attitude and some relevant or transferrable skills. Whether you have years of project management behind you already, are just starting out, or if you are a teacher looking to transition away from the classroom, we want to hear from you. Full training and a development plan will be given and the role is flexible so we are open to part-time and full-time applicants.

- Digital media production and creative design

- Business development, marketing and sales
- Customer or client services
- Any additional languages or other subject matter expertise

What Will You Be Doing?

You will be responsible for the successfully delivery of multiple digital learning projects. You will be working on 6-10 projects at any one time, each one with a different team, unique budget, timeline and requirements. A list of general accountabilities are as follows:

- Acting as the main point of contact for the team, client and any suppliers, ensuring all communications are disseminated as required through the correct channels
- Using our project management tool (Clickup) to monitor and manage tasks, resources and schedules
- Updating the team and reporting on project progress
- Writing project briefs and establishing requirements and schedules
- Arranging and facilitating project meetings
- Ensuring projects progress in line with the brief, schedule and budget
- Identifying and raising any risks, issues or change requests to the Delivery Lead
- Identifying and logging lessons learned
- Support the creation and enhancement of delivery and project-based processes
- Ensuring all files are stored correctly and sent to the client
