Would you relish the opportunity to support a lively Year 6 class in their most pivotal year in their primary education?

As their Year 6 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be assisting in the teaching and learning of a class of 30 pupils. The Year 6 Teacher is fantastic and is a very experienced practitioner who will be a excellent person to learn and develop from. The class, at times, can be full on with some big personalities within it. Therefore, the Head has said they need a Year 6 Graduate Teaching Assistant who is good at building strong rapports whilst having strong classroom presence and a natural confidence with behaviour management.

We want to meet a Year 6 Graduate Teaching Assistant with a strong academic record to be able to helps with SAT’s preparation, especially in literacy and numeracy, alongside of having the confidence, resilience and enthusiasm of working in a diverse inner city environment.
