Job Description Site Labour Manager | Work and Live Away We are seeking a very special person, to work with a highly regarded client, in a lovely location, for a permanent role.

The job itself is to coordinate and control up to 100 skilled trades across a mixed variety of commercial and residential projects.

This includes understanding labour requirements, recruiting skilled staff, assisting with permits and accommodation of staff, managing and delivering training and liaising closely with the HR Team.

The relevant candidate will come from either a construction background (foreperson / site management) or large-scale recruitment agency management.
