This is a leadership role responsible for the development and management of an AOS Healthcare Team. The successful candidate will have the enthusiasm and drive to capitalise on a broad range of market opportunities.
The successful candidate will work with the National AOS Healthcare Team to build our market presence and significantly grow the AOS Healthcare practice. Delivering year end compliance, accountancy services and broader advisory services to a range of Medical clients - GP’s Consultants, Locum Doctors etc.
Job Role- Capitalise of market opportunities including leading on accounting technology.

- Develops an appropriate level of network. Generates and converts opportunities from existing and/or new clients.
- Builds and sustains deepening relationships with clients. Ensures that clients’ needs and financial targets are met.
- Demonstrates high levels of professional knowledge and expertise in Medical Accounting. Uses knowledge to support his/her team and also works to develop own knowledge and that of others within the team.
- Leads teams by setting direction and inspiring individuals’ commitment to this. Ensures that both individuals and teams have the skill sets to deliver the vision.
- Takes personal responsibility for delivering excellence in both client projects and internal operations.
- Working together with respect to achieve partnership goals. Putting the partnership ahead of personal interest whilst demonstrating high levels of integrity and professionalism.
- Coach and develop team, with a focus on broader advisory skills and business development.
- Self-starter driven individual, with an ambition for growth and succeeding.
- Capable of inspiring and leading the team to deliver excellent client service.
- Market facing professional who will work in the local professional community to identify and reciprocate workflow.
- Demonstrates working alongside other service lines internally to drive growth and internal reciprocity.
- Proven ability to set a culture and tone for business development and growth
- Coaching and people development skills.
- Holds a broad skill set/understanding of Medical Accounting to be able to deliver and grow our advisory capability.
