The Sales Support Manager is responsible for supporting the DHL Globalmail product offering, a range of convenient and cost-effective international mail services provided by Deutsche Post and sold via a sales agreement with DHL Express to customers across Europe.

There are several aspects to this role, all of which contribute to the delivery of a high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the local Deutsche Post Sales Support teams in various countries and will define the processes to be followed when onboarding and supporting DHL Globalmail customers. You will also act as the backline support to these teams and the DHL Express Sales teams so that questions, issues and complaints are responded to thoroughly and in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for the design and administration of the Claims process.

In order to be considered for this role you will need to have a strong customer focus, commercial acumen and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a B2B sales support or customer service role would be advantageous, preferably with an organisation operating internationally.

Required professional experience:

Previous customer service, sales support or related experience, preferably in a B2B setting

Excellent spoken and written English

Numerate and comfortable working with figures

Although not essential, German language skills would be an advantage

Experience of process improvement projects

Familiarity with Salesforce would be useful but not essential
