  • Coordinating and driving of ’Operational Changes’ that include process improvements, new product launches, promotions and live problem management
  • Planning and execution of small projects and other departmental initiative, both local and global
  • Collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Provides frequent status updates on initiatives to relevant partners
  • Compiles insights to be shared within Consumer Service and interested teams such as Quality, Product Groups and LEGO Retail
  • Is an integral partner contributing in to the improvement in Consumer Service, collaborating closely and effectively with colleagues in Insights, Projects & Processes, Training, Editorial and Operations Play your part in our team succeeding This role can be based from our offices in either Slough or Berlin, we have recently introduced a hybrid working model called Best of Both, giving employees the flexibility to work 3-days in office 2-days per week from home (please note we do not offer any relocation or visa sponsorship support for this role) The Operations Change Lead is within the Consumer Services Continuous Improvement and Change team leading operational and other changes across our contact centers seamlessly. As part of a global team, they are responsible for leading the launch of new products, promotions, handling in-the-moment issues such as brand and reputation and leading other change management efforts. The key challenge for this role is leading stakeholders within Consumer Services as well as externally within the LEGO Group. We need to ensure that all partners have input and engagement at the appropriate time to ensure a successful execution. Do you have what it takes?
  • 2-3 years recent experience working in a contact center environment
  • 1-2 years shown success in two or more of the following areas as a recurring job responsibility: process improvement, detailed task/initiative planning, internal communications, stakeholder management, data analysis
  • Intermediate level in MS Office applications including Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Continuous Improvement mindset
  • Shown ability to drive and role-model change
