Marketing Manager – up to £50,000 depending on experience

Job Description:

As the Marketing Manager for Chotto Matte, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies for our restaurants in Soho and Marylebone. Working closely with the management team, you will create and execute marketing campaigns, new menu launches, events, and oversee all aspects of marketing and PR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive footfall and increase brand awareness for Chotto Matte in Soho and Marylebone.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email and print.
  • Along side the Social Media Manager, grow our social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, including menus, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local media, bloggers, and influencers to generate press coverage and PR opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing role within the high end hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging content across multiple platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for food and hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
