Legal Counsel

Slough, Berkshire

You will develop innovative product solutions and digital-first brands. You will design and implement novel e-commerce go-to-market models. You will design and negotiate a comprehensive suite of legal precedents, policies, produces to drive sponsored innovations, data analysis/mining, digital communications and strategic alliances/investments/partnerships. You will also provide strategic legal and commercial analysis on all IP issues/challenges.

You’ll succeed because...

... You’re an experienced, qualified lawyer with experience in the UK with experience in Venture Capital/Private Equity firm. You will have experience with negotiating and drafting a wide range of investment agreements and ancillary documents. You will have experience with advising on business structures, company corporate governance and drafting company notice, minutes and resolutions. You will also demonstrate a good working knowledge of EU GDPR.
