IT&D Director – Global Data and Analytics

This position is a member of the leadership team and is responsible for shaping Reckitt’s vision for how data and analytics can advance the enterprise strategy and translate into exponential impact for members. They will partner with the business to drive impact, leading the analytics team and building capabilities.

You will be focused on coaching and developing a motivated Analytics core team; promote top talent and at the interface of analytics, technology, and business. You will also be the lead for the recruitment and retention of the team across all aspects including data science, ML engineering, data engineering, visualisation, architecture, platform, and governance. You will determine the resources required to effectively execute the roadmap; scale the organisation to deliver the key outcomes, ensuring the highest quality of work, making sure the results make sense, and quickly course correct if needed. You will shape the technology strategy together with the technology management team, specifically the data and analytics technology stack, critical workflows, and channel infrastructure. You will partner with business units, and functions to solve business problems through data and analytics, understand the business implications of what the data says and what the next level questions will be and when and where to probe further. Critically you will clearly and concisely synthesise and communicate findings and make thoughtful recommendations to partners by combining business savvy and analytic rigor
