Role Purpose
  • Responsible for LPF fleet administration tasks to maximise fleet profitability
  • Responsible for supporting Fleet Manager LPF with all aspects of fleet operational management
  • Responsible for management of customer queries and escalations for LPF & rental
Role Specifics
  • Responsible for processing of fleet repair & refurbishment authorisations to maximise vehicle availability.
  • Responsible for managing all notifications and recharges to customers for billing, fines and ancillary fees.
  • Responsible for managing efficient LPF repairs for in life incidents to minimise fleet downtime & cost.
  • Responsible for fleet reporting and reconciliation from Stripe transactions and consumer platforms.
  • Responsible for managing resolution of customer queries and escalations (for both LPF & rental managing partner escalations).
  • Responsible for LPF availability & communication internally & external sites
Required Knowledge & Experience
  • Experience in a rental operational environment
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of administration, customer service and fleet management including de-fleet assessment.
  • Good commercial and financial awareness
  • Experience of analysis and reporting
  • Experience in delivering high levels of customer service & problem resolution
  • Experience of actively participating in a team environment, whilst demonstrating the capability to work independently.
