    The Role

    Your role will be driving Raw Selection’s executive search practice focused on working with Private Equity backed companies across Europe and North America. You will be appointing CEO/CFO/COO/CTO/CMO profiles into companies that are focused on solving the worlds health crisis.

    Working with some of the fastest growing and most ambitious businesses in the world. Focusing on working with companies with from pre revenue up to $200M, these companies need the very best leadership to thrive and your role will be to make sure they get it.

    You will become the expert in your sector and have the opportunity to lead and build a team of recruiters within your niche. The sectors we are hiring for are below.

    Manufacturing/Industrial

    Software/SaaS

    Life Sciences/BioTech

    Medical Devices
