Experience Level: 2-3 years of experience as a Qualified Solicitor / Licenced Conveyancer/Case Worker/Paralegal.

Department: Commercial and Residential Property (Conveyancing)

Language Skill: English (Essential) - speaking, reading and writing;

Urdu/Hindi/Punjabi - (Beneficial but not essential)

Tasks

  • The successful candidate will assist Fee Earners & Solicitors in a range of Conveyancing transactions, from inception to completion.
  • The work will be diverse, including but not limited to: Sales & Purchases, Mortgages, Re Mortgages and Buy to Let.
  • Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.
  • Working with estate agents and solicitors.
  • Working with Land Registry documents and title deeds.
  • working as a Fee Earners in conveyancing Transactions.
  • The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy conveyancing department and managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Candidate should have prior experience in residential and commercial conveyancing and be familiar with basics of conveyancing.
