Fantastic Permanent Accounts Receivable Supervisor role Near High Wycombe - Up to £35000 for the right candidate

Your new company
A leading consultancy Near High Wycombe. They are expanding organically and by acquisition and at this exciting time are looking for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join their experienced Finance Team.

Your new role
The purpose of the role is to deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, within the boundaries of Company processes and procedures. Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the Accounts Receivable function
  • Managing Accounts Receivable Clerk
  • Assisting duties of the Ledger Clerks when necessary
  • Generating receivables’ reports including overdues and aged debt analysis
  • Reconciliation of payments and bank accounts
  • Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data
  • Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and accurately posted
  • Working closely with other finance managers in the team
  • Supporting the month end process
  • Generating receivables’ reports
  • Communication of process to be undertaken for bad debts


What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to cover all aspects of the accounts receivable function,

  • Adaptable with can do attitude
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • To be able to give exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong, hands on team leader with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to build good relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Experience in Professional services an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills both written and speaking including interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all teams, areas and levels
  • Excellent numeracy and technical skills
  • Resilient and able to work under pressure
