We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn and take on a number of different roles within the organisation. Full training will be given, whilst working towards an AAT level 2 qualification. Day release is essential for this qualification.

This is a great opportunity to work within a small local business, to work towards a Level 2 AAT (Accountancy) qualification.

The duties will include:

  • Payroll
  • Human resources
  • General office administration

Things to consider

This wage is above NMW for apprentices. The wage will be reviewed on a regular basis, dependent on the progression of the learner.

Day release is essential for this role at our centre in Batley, WF17 5SU.

Level 2 Accountants / Finance Assistant apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • AAT Foundation Certificate in Accounting (Level 2)

Apprentices without Level 1 English and mathematics will need to achieve this level and have taken the test for Level 2 prior to taking their EPA.
