Year 2 Teacher – Flourishing SchoolWayman Education is working with a vibrant and fun primary school based in Burnham, Slough seeking a dedicated and reliable Year 2 teacher for September.   • Plan and deliver engaging and effective classes to Year 2 students based on the National Curriculum.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and support to students to encourage growth and development.
  • Create a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
  • Use data to inform teaching decisions and adapt instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress.
  • Attend and contribute to staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Suitable Applicants Must Have:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
  • Strong experience with teaching Year 2 students for at least 2 years
  • Excellent understanding of pedagogical practices and the National Curriculum requirements
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology as a teaching tool
  • Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt to the diverse needs of students
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
