Enfield Local Authority SEN Service are looking for a Programme Manager who will have responsibility to oversee and drive through a range of planned programmes that will support the findings from our review of existing support for children and young people with SEN.

We are looking for an experienced programme leader who can support the development and implementation of 6 projects to continue either reviews of existing service to create change or to support new innovations.

Candidates should be passionate about improving outcomes for children within the borough, innovative and highly motivated to support and effect change and have evidenced based practice of high-quality co-production.

They should have up to date knowledge and experience of implementing SEND procedures and legislation and an understanding of data development, forecasting and planning and presentation.

They should also have a strong track record of successful leadership and management and a proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary partnerships to creative effective change and positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for line management and for managing any consultants recruited to support the development of the programme.
