Currently, they are searching for a dedicated Database & Pricing Analyst to join their Operations department and take on a pivotal role in overseeing their customer database system (CDL Strata) and associated functions.

Position Overview:
The Database & Pricing Analyst will assume responsibility for the development and management of the customer database system, ensuring accurate pricing strategies and contributing to operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role demands close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive system improvements, facilitate changes, and bolster the company’s ongoing expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be accountable for the following key tasks:

Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation.
Collaborating closely with the Operations team to implement operational changes that enhance efficiency.
Managing regular updates to the CDL Strata system in accordance with release cycles and regulatory standards, including comprehensive testing and successful implementation.
Maintaining meticulous records of product and system configurations.
Partnering with cross-functional teams to gather technical requisites for alterations to products and systems.
Formulating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to ensure precision and detect and address potential risks.
Supporting the evolution of online quote and purchase journeys.
Upholding company policies, legal and regulatory obligations, including GDPR compliance.

Essential Skills:

Profound comprehension of product database management and general insurance market intricacies, encompassing products and providers.
Hands-on experience in eliciting technical requirements and devising comprehensive test plans.
Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally.
Unwavering attention to detail and a penchant for accuracy.
Proficiency in utilizing Excel for analytical purposes.
Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively within a high-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with CDL solutions Strata and Echelon, particularly in relation to Real Time Pricing functionalities and developmental aspects.
Proficiency in SQL and data interrogation techniques.
