Job purpose and overall objective

The successful candidate will effectively manage core data and MI within the Equiom Scotland operational environment ensuring all key stakeholder are kept informed of the functions position, issues and concerns. The delivery of key client deadlines is critical to the function and this role is pivotal in understanding what the key requirements are, when they require to be achieved, how the work will be resourced and whether we have successfully achieved the criteria. The role requires the development of strong working relationships with key operational Senior Managers to enable an effective flow of information between the 4 service lines and key stakeholders such as the Senior Leadership Team, the Board of Equiom Scotland and the wider Equiom Group.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of key metrics that drive our business and be able to demonstrate the ability to manipulate, collate data and use this to drive results. Strong organisation skills and results focus are essential with the ability to thrive within a busy, fast paced environment. Computer literate with experience of operating across multiple platforms and a can-do attitude are essential.
