Here at GSK, we are on the lookout for a Data Integrity Leadto join our talented team in Barnard Castle.

Together, these people help to produce 4 billion packs of medicine, nearly 900 million doses of vaccine and more than 18 billion packs of consumer healthcare products every year.

The overall purpose of the job is to promote and improve data integrity practices across the site.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

Responsibilities:

  • You will focus on embedding systems and a culture where meeting data integrity requirements is automatic and ensures all equipment and processes meet those requirements
  • This will be achieved by a combination of creating and implementing innovative programmes of work, generating and delivering regular and varied communications, carrying out shop floor Gembas, involvement in local management of issues and improvements in training.
  • You will be responsible for implementing these activities by managing and evolving a site Data Integrity plan.
  • You will operate as part of the Inspection Readiness team who are responsible for managing key compliance processes, managing external audits and leading activity to ensure the site is inspection ready every day. You will support activities to deliver this.
  • You will carry out independent business monitoring (level 2) audits and use these, along with hot topic and data integrity focussed Gembas, to assess the in-use elements of data integrity across the site.
  • You will lead a cross functional group of local data integrity reps to drive improvement and implement the data integrity plan.
  • You will effectively interact with leaders across site and data integrity leads in other sites to improve and build engagement with the data integrity plan.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Degree level education or a background in Quality within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Detailed understanding of the Quality Management Systems and relevant legislation.
  • Experience in leading and managing people.
  • Effective organisation, communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Auditing experience.
  • Previous Data Integrity experience.
