Job Title: Data Integration lead (Financialforce)
Reporting To: Chief Technical Officer
Location: Wilmslow

The Person
  • You will have great communication skills and work across department and acquisitions to understand how source systems data will map to target state
  • You will be responsible for data discovery including the mapping/translation of data from source to target
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements; automating manual processes and optimising data delivery
  • You will identify areas for a turnkey type approach to acquisition onboarding/technical integration and implement a repeatable model that can be leveraged
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
  • Works collaboratively with a range of people to support the wider business agenda
  • Proactively identifies areas for improvement, shares lessons learnt with colleagues, and encourages others to do the same
  • Be flexible in approach and being mindful of change
  • Have a can-do attitude with a focus on deadlines and delivery
Desired Experience
  • Experience in Finance system migration/integrations is highly desirable
  • Experience in ensuring data is transitioned across systems with the requisite levels of integrity and reconciliation is essential
  • Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases
  • Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
