The Client:

The Role:

They are seeking a skilled Data Cabling Installer to join their dynamic team. From category 5e to 6a installations, you’ll ensure precise cabling, maintain a neat setup, and offer excellent customer service.

Duties:

  • Install and maintain data cabling and fibre terminations.
  • Deploy basket trays, dado rails, and conduits as required.
  • Provide stellar customer service, maintaining professionalism.
  • Accurately document work, including cable runs and terminations.
  • Ensure organised and tidy cabling infrastructure.
  • Work on network cabinets, patching, and server equipment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Data Cabling Installer or in a similar role.
  • CAT6 certified (Preferable)
  • Demonstrated expertise in data cabling, including category 5e, 6, and 6a, and fibre terminations.
  • Profound understanding of network infrastructure and server equipment.
  • Preferential familiarity with Excel data cabling components.
  • Must be over 25 years old.
  • Desirable possession of a full UK driving license and IPAF/Pasma certifications.
