We are currently increasing our team of Data & Admin Assistants, who will ensure the business wide product data is created and maintained to an excellent level of accuracy, within a fast-paced environment. Prioriting workload in order to keep the product sales business mobile while still ensuring accuracy and compliance are adhered to.

You will maintain data outputs and reports,inputting/checking/auditing and recommendations for inventory and efficiency improvements. The role is crucial to maintaining data accuracy, allowing us to have the correct information available to satisfy customer demand and allowing reporting to the business.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible working options. Our base will be the brand new Blackfriargate Office with free, secure parking. This role offers great development opportunities for a future career in Arco. The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Have a good knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent general IT skill set
  • Good communications skills both numerically and verbally
  • Confidence to liaise and work with other teams across the company to provide them with the data they need
  • Strong eye for detail with the instinct to pick up and challenge errors
  • Think creatively to solve any issues and ensure the customers’ needs are met, whilst generating ways to ease the customer experience.
  • Ability to work as part of team
