You will need to have a positive mindset and have a can-do attitude. Tell us how something can be done, not why it can’t be done! This is a great opportunity for someone just starting out on their Data & Insight career.As our Data Analyst, you will be responsible for :
  • Supporting the Account Management team across multiple global food, drink, and technology customers
  • Delivering accurate reporting, as per agreed customer schedule through Excel and templated Power BI scorecards
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts on ways to improve the field sales team’s performance
  • Using internal and third-party data sources to provide analysis on customer performance
  • Developing review processes to ensure data integrity is maintained
  • Questionnaire creation and refinement
  • ROI modelling and monitoring
  • Call file analysis
You will have:
  • Advanced in MS Office
  • Power BI experience preferred, not essential
  • Strong mathematical and numerical skills
  • Detail oriented, an inquisitive mindset with solid problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
