Job content
We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic stock person to join us on our family dairy farm. The main roles include but not limited to:
- Milking duties
- General stock husbandry
- Herd health monitoring
- General farm maintenance
- General tractor work
- Arable work available in summer months
We can be flexible to suit successful candidates main interests. Whilst the role offers variety, we require someone who is a keen stock person with excellent attention to detail and passionate about cows. Experience is favourable but willingness to learn, passion and an excellent work ethic is a priority. Additional training opportunities available to the right candidate.
Part time position available for milking duties only/ general yard duties.
(Milking times 5.30am- approx 9am and 3.30pm-approx 7pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
