Join our client, a leading company at the fefront of meteological research, as a Cyber Security Training Manager based in Exeter Devon, UK.
Your role will involve developing and delivering cyber security culture and awareness activities. By developing and consistently delivering comprehensive security awareness programs, you’ll empower teams to understand the imptance of cybersecurity, identify potential threats, and respond effectively.

Day rate: Up to 475 INSIDE IR35 367 PAYE

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and promote a strong cyber security culture and awareness program.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of culture and awareness activities.
    • Lead and encourage security-conscious behavi
  • s and effective cyber security risk management.
    • Engage with stakeholders at all ganizational levels and represent the company in stakeholder collab
  • ations.
  • Promote and lead the security champions program.
  • Define, deliver, and assure security education and awareness programs.
  • Measure the success of the culture and awareness program with metrics.
    • Develop a clear roadmap f
  • culture and awareness activities.
  • Review and update guidance documents.
  • Develop and deliver training materials.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to drive cyber security awareness training and cultivate a positive culture.

Required Experience:

3+ years within the cyber security profession, having received fmal on the job training and/ qualifications in cyber risk and/
  • threat awareness.
    • It is desirable that the postholder have CISSP, CISM
  • CRISC certification.
    • Experience in new concepts in protective security, threat understanding, risk understanding and mitigation and legal/ regulat
  • y environment and compliance
