Job Brief

Our continuing growth in this sector has enabled us to offer great home based call handler opportunities. In your role, you will work from your dedicated home office; answering inbound calls from a range of AnywhereWorks brands’ customers, assisting with message taking, order taking, appointment setting and live web chats.
You will actively participate in meeting agreed-upon personal goals and have a growth mindset. You will self-schedule between 32 and 40 hours per week from a variety of shifts available. We are a 365/24/7 business so flexibility is available, but is also required. You will be expected to work at least one weekend per month and at least 4 hour each Monday. This is not a 9-5 role!

Your System

  • You should have a high-speed Internet connection, such as Cable/Fios. By high-speed, we mean a download speed of at least 10 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 4 Mbps. DSL is allowed, just not DSL Satellite. Your computer must be hardwired to your Internet connection (so no wireless, satellite, Air Card Internet, 4G or LTE connections) and start up in less than three minutes.
  • The nuts and bolts: working speakers, screen resolution of at least 1280×800, 2.0 GHz processor (or higher), 8GB or more of system memory (RAM), 64 bit OS (or higher), Windows 8, Windows 10, or some Mac Operating Systems, and a Webcam is required.
