Customer Support Coordinator
Based: Swindon – Dorcan Trading Estate
Salary Range: £21,500-24,000 depending on experience
Full time – 35hrs per week (Monday to Friday)

The Role:
Working as part of the customer service team the position will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders from placement through to delivery. As a sales/customer support coordinator you will not only be processing orders but handling enquiries, answering calls, working with other teams to ensure order fulfilment, and supporting our dealer network.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Proactively dealing with all queries quickly, accurately, and professionally ensuring the customer is kept up to date at all times.
- Answering inbound calls
- Process customer sales orders with high degree accuracy and at a speed which enables daily targets to be achieved and avoid delays for other departments.
- Working with the warehouse and purchasing team to monitor order status
- Checking allocation of stock to customer orders
- Clear communication with customers on order / shipment discrepancies.
- Liaison with our factories as necessary via the appropriate channels
- Accurately maintain our customer database
- General office administrative duties as required
- Supporting and assisting our customers and dealers both internally & externally
Person specification:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well with other people at all levels
- Positive, reliable, and committed
- Focus on Customer Service
- The ability and desire to produce accurate work within defined timescales, with a keen eye for detail
- Professional & confident telephone manner
- Be empathetic and a problem solver that can manage day to day queries, enquiries in a timely manner
- IT competent and good knowledge of Microsoft 365 to include, Outlook, Excel & Word as a minimum
- A Level or Equivalent education background
- Some office / Call center experience preferred but full training will be given
Additional Information:
- 25 days holiday per year
- On successful completion of probation period ability to work from home 2 days per week at the company’s discretion
- 35 hours per week Monday - Friday
