Who are we looking for?

HireVue has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager. This is an early career level individual contributor position that provides proactive high volume account management of our SMB client segment.

The remote role will report into the RVP, Customer Success (Central Region) based in the United States.

You are required to drive strategic direction, product adoption, retention, growth and expansion through proactive advocacy, using virtual and web based tools and technology. This is a dynamic position and you must be comfortable with frequent multi-tasking between technical, tactical and account management administrative activities, supporting HireVue clients globally across multiple regions and timezones.

What will you be doing?

Account Management & Strategic Direction
  • Partner virtually with a large portfolio of accounts to develop a strategy for successful adoption and long term value and business impact
  • Facilitate regular executive meetings to define and proactively drive progress towards desired business metrics and outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives with customers to drive positive Net Promoter and candidate experience scores
  • Build broad relationships with key account contacts and internal partners on the sales, product and engineering teams
  • Partner with the HireVue Sales team to continually identify growth and expansion opportunities within your account base.
  • Using technology to proactively communicate and report to customers at scale.
  • Ensure timely closing of customer renewals, while also identifying growth opportunities.
Subject matter expert/Advocate
  • Partner with customers on HireVue product offerings, best practices & processes and lead customers to effectively integrate digital interviewing (and assessments) into those processes.
  • Advocate for customers internally helping build and maintain strong partnerships with the sales, product management and marketing teams.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends to provide advice to customers and identify risk in the portfolio.
To Successfully Execute These Functions You Will Need
  • Experience in leading client relationships in software as a service, technology or recruitment environments.
  • Experience with sales, consulting, training, or leading new initiatives in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in project/change management and organizational development.
  • Passion for outstanding customer service and account management with an execution focus.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of human resources/talent acquisition function, account management, sales or customer success experience, ideally in a software as a service (SaaS) environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to quickly negotiate and reach consensus across diverse groups/teams a must
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Possess strong, pragmatic approach for achieving rapid results in a fast-paced, high-risk market space
  • Energetic self-starter with ability to work in a competitive environment. Strong work ethic is critical. Empathetic with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work from home full time - thus ability to successfully think on your feet and work with limited direction.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Products, GSuite Products and Salesforce.
  • Occasional travel as/when required for business purposes (<10%)
Preferred
  • Great communication and presentation skills; the ability to engage a variety of audiences, including executive in change management discussions.
  • A blended account management and sales background.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment where we move quickly and at times wear many hats in a fun by dynamic environment.
  • Excellent computer skills and an appetite for new technology.
