We are currently recruiting for a talented Customer Specialist Advisor to join our first class, Customer department, in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.
The Existing customer support team is to provide great customer service when managing client enquiries via in/outbound calls and webchat. First point of contact resolution is key to ensure our clients’ needs are met Right First Time

Responsibilities to include:
Manage Inbound calls within specified SLA’s & Abandon rate not to exceed 5%
Manage within Average Call Handling Time Target
Manage Client Webchats
Where Fee Earner input is required manage via escalation or client booking process
Review, amend and update Tikit system accurately throughout the client interaction
Collate necessary Client information and update Tikit system accurately during proactive campaigns

Excellent attention to detail
Ability to accurately record data information

Computer literate
Letter writing skills
