Your new role Join this successful business to cover a maternity leave, for 14 months to include training on the job. Your role will be essential to the organisation. You will provide service information, handle queries relating to orders and quotations and resolving any emerging problems that the customers might face, with accuracy and efficiency.Typically, this will involve: Supporting the information flow between Customers and Manufacturing on technical and marketing aspects. Acting as a key link between Customers and Manufacturing to support demand and capacity planning, process new part orders, take ownership of customers issues and follow problems effectively through to resolution. Deal with requests for quote responses and lead time enquiries, early warning of late delivery Work with the Planning team to ensure that orders are aligned to suit available capacity. providing accurate, valid and complete information to customers What you’ll need to succeed What we need from you? To be successful in this role, you will: Have a high level of professionalism with a pleasant, positive and attitude. Possess proven customer support experience, minimum of 2 years.
