We are expanding our customer service team! Are you a conscientious self-starter who loves a challenge? This opportunity could be for you.

The customer service role will require direct customer communication, taking details and understanding what information they require. You will be able to understand and relay this information to your colleagues in the business. This will include incoming customer orders, delivery date requests, price enquiries and occasionally complaints - Something you will be able to handle with supreme confidence.

Further to being a brilliant communicator you will be competent with our systems and be able to drive customer orders from cradle to grave. A good level of education and computer literacy are essential. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is desirable.

In your interview we will expect you to be articulate and concise and be able to demonstrate the skills we need to drive our business forward. As well as this you will be expected to have engaged with the role and have a basic understanding of the company and what we do.

At the sharp end of the business it is important we strive for excellence for the client, sometimes that journey isn’t straightfowrard and we need a strong individual to facilitate these requirements.

Example duties include:

  • Dealing with customers
  • Processing orders
  • Handling incoming calls.
  • General admin duties
  • Sales invoicing
  • Speaking to sub-contract suppliers
  • NCR recording
  • Liaising with Production about customer orders
