Customer Service Team Leader / Supervisor - Conveyancing Post Completions
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £20,500
Contract: Full Time, Permanent


CRA Legal are recruiting for an established law firm with a well-known property law brand. Due to recent growth and development within the firm, they are looking for an experienced profession to lead a winning team. This vacancy is suited to a conveyancing professional looking to move away from regular client file management and into people management. Alternatively a team leader or supervisor from a contact centre or office setting would be highly suited.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • To oversee and lead a busy team of post completion assistants
  • Working in partnership with senior management to measure performance, productivity, improvement and KPI’s
  • Handling complex client communications
  • Liaise with internal departments to rectify complications
  • Running and producing reports for senior management
  • Ensure effective case management and maintenance of accurate information
  • Contribute to team meetings and conferences
  • Conduct 1-2-1 meetings with members of the team
  • Monitor staff performance and training requirements
  • Efficiently ensure team is motivated and engaged
  • General administrative support to team where required
  • Allocating workload and ensuring SLA’s & KPI’s are met

Required Attributes:
  • Previous office or contact centre management is desirable
  • Exposure or knowledge of Residential Conveyancing is preferable but not essential
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills
