We are working with a well-known name in the Insurance industry, that are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their growing team. Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience within the Insurance industry, to be able to understand policies and the processes needed to be followed. They are looking for somebody that has mentored/team lead members of the team too.

What you’ll be doing

  • Answering first point of contact calls and representing the business.
  • Providing excellent customer service with natural ability to treat policyholders fairly.
  • Displaying active listening skills and demonstrate this on every call.
  • Having a proven track record of dealing with sensitive situations.
  • Asking questions to ensure we have captured all the information we require.
  • Delivering all claim outcomes in a positive light, including declines.

What you’ll need to apply

  • Previous experience within a Customer Service role and mentoring/managing team members.
  • A background within the Insurance industry is highly advantageous.
