Customer Services Representative - from £11 ph

Who are Gamer Tech?

Gamer-Tech is a well-established tech repair company, based just outside the bar walls of York City Centre. Formed by employees made redundant from the Game repair centre in 2010, we strive to deliver an easy collection and delivery repair service.

We repair all kinds of technology; however, we specialise in games console, laptop, phone, and tablet repairs. Using the latest techniques and quality parts, attention to detail and ease of use are at the forefront of this company.

We are a small team that output some BIG numbers, servicing the whole of the UK along with a local "Walk-In" service.

A little about the role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, and face to face.
- Answer enquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Collaborate with repair technicians to ensure customer satisfaction
- Convert website enquiries into sales/orders

A bit about you:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
