Customer Service Representative (Ref: 12093)

We have a new vacancy for a Customer Service Representative to take on a varied role based at our Frome office.

You will take inbound calls from new and existing customers to manage the inputting of orders and ensuring there is availability for requirements to be met to see through to delivery. You will also liaise with our sales team to provide pricing quotes and proactively promote our Aggregates products whilst managing customer queries or complaints.

The role does have some order taking responsibility, however , the main focus is the execution of the plan for the day, monitoring customer deliveries, if there are supply chain issues i.e. plant breakdown, vehicles not turning in, ensuring the customers are kept fully updated.

The key job responsibilities are:-

• Executing the plans
• Proactively updating customers on order update.
• Managing plant breakdown/delivery issues.
• Key Account management & Late load reporting.
• Updating end of shift reports.
• Customer orders/Amendments/Complaints.
