If you have a passion for delivering first class customer service to patients, then this is the job for you!Our Homecare Patient Representatives are responsible for providing an exceptional service to new and existing patients contacting our Customer Care Contact Centre. You’ll be joining an ambitious, hardworking and supportive Customer Care team who thrive from customer satisfaction.
Providing the best experience to each customer is essential as our products and services help to protect and improve the health of people, so we are looking for someone who has proven experience working in a customer focused role.
About Our Customer Care Team…
Our Emerald team provide a prescription home delivery service for patients with stoma and urinary needs.
Our Transcare and Avitum team provide a home delivery service for patients with dialysis or parenteral nutrition needs.
Opportunities available!
Emerald team, full time, permanent
Emerald team, full time, fixed term - 12 months
Transcare & Avitum team, full time, fixed term - 18 months
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week between 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
New patient coordination, including account set up and home installation
Daily telephone communication with patients regarding order status and queries
Creating, updating and maintaining patient information on relevant patient databases
Advising patients on the repeat ordering and call reminder process
Order processing and order expediting
Effectively coordinating timely dispatch of orders whilst working effectively with other teams in the business to ensure this is achieved
Proactive approach in generating continuous improvement ideas that deliver improvement in customer service
Manage queries from patients, referral centres, nurses, GP’s and home patient teams
End of service coordination which will include making arrangements for the return of equipment from the patients home
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Excellent customer service skills with experience with dealing with customers over the telephone and by email
Data entry experience with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a mix of different stakeholders
Team player who is self motivated and able to work to their own initiative
Excellent problem solving skills
