VACANCY FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE & MORTGAGE ADMINISTRATOR

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join a highly successful Mortgage Advice Company with a reputation for outstanding Customer Service.

Joining initially as a Customer Service Representative and Mortgage Administrator there will be on the job training and the opportunity to enrol for professional qualifications that will allow for future career progression into office management, paraplanning and adviser roles.

Based in the centre of Sleaford, hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday work (around 12 Saturdays per year), a full time contract at 37.5 hours per week is available, with the option to work full time, part time and/or flexi time to make sure a good work-life balance can be agreed.

Initially Office based, a hybrid working arrangement to include some working from home can be considered.

Competitive salary package - Depending On Experience

Start date - Ideally on or before 1st August 2023

Responsibilities: (Customer Service and Mortgage Administration)

• Regular contact with, lenders, solicitors, brokers and clients

• Proactively progressing mortgage and insurance applications

• Dealing with incoming calls and emails

• Booking appointments

• Managing Social Media Accounts

Skills Required:

• Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.

• Confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.

• Computer literate, Inc. Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Good numeracy and literacy skills
