Do you have a background in customer service, sales or problem solving within a manufacturing capacity? LINKS Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a well-established and longstanding manufacturing company in Blackwood who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative role to join their growing team. This company specialise in manufacturing a wide range of specialised products within a fast paced and growing industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with existing customers and provide a great service. Responsibilities and duties:
  • Delivering excellent customer service and dealing with all types of queries with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Liaise with B2B customer via phone and email
  • Take ownership of all customer issues & queries, manage customer expectations and problem solve.
  • The ability to relationship build with our customers is central to this role.
  • Tracking the manufacturing process and updating B2B customers along the journey.
  • Confirming customer orders and raising those orders into the system
  • Liaise with production and supply chain to ensure that timely delivery of orders to the customer.
