Customer Service Representative

£22,425 - £26,910 per annum plus benefits

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be involved in a broad range of tasks as you coordinate internal sales activities for clients. This will involve overseeing order processing using our ERP system, managing invoicing and credit control procedures as well as handling any customer complaints and reporting. You will also maintain customer records and build client knowledge to ensure we maximise sales opportunities. We will look to you to provide the support and administration required to deliver a first-class client service. Important will be the ability to follow processes and procedures as well as identify opportunities to improve our service to customers. This not just an administration role, we will look to you to support promotions and actively engage in sales.

A good organiser, you will need to be self-motivated, accurate and be comfortable hitting service level targets. You will need a good grasp of PC systems, a superb telephone manner and the ability to think quickly and solve problems. You should have experience in a customer facing role, such as hospitality, retail or customer service.
