What a fabulous job this one is! Working as Customer Service Representativefor this travel business with its office based just outside of Salisbury - ensuring those bucket list trips go without a hitch and where you can share in their excitement and enthusiasm!

As the new Customer Service Representative, you’ll be joining a small team that is growing and so you’ll have excellent ongoing learning and development opportunities.

Working in a friendly, busy office with a relaxed dress code, in your role as Customer Service Representative, you’ll be answering calls and email queries from customers and also supporting the using the website live chat.

Other parts of your day will include:

· Process bookings and all related paperwork

· Provide administration support to travellers throughout their trip

· Create and monitor social media interaction for all trips

· Ensure a high level of communication with travel and flight operations and accounts departments

· Manage contact with all 3rd parties you work with, customers, 3rd parties and the general public in a positive, helpful and professional manner, ensuring the company brand image of service and quality standards is maintained

we’d love to speak to you of you have excellent communication skills and the capacity to multi task, meet deadlines and work accurately under pressure. We’ll need you to demonstrate excellent use of Microsoft Office and some prior office experience is ideally needed. If you have travel Industry experience that would also be great but a love of travelling, being outdoors and helping people tick off bucket lists are what’s needed in this role.
