Customer Service Advisor - £20,572.50 - £22,072.50

Induction and training start date 9th May 2023.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team!

As a Customer Service Agent your role is to engage with customers over the telephone to provide financial solutions for those that find themselves in financial difficulty. With the use of your excellent communication and active listening skills you will provide outstanding customer service helping those who find themselves in difficult situations.

Full training is provided over a three week training program specifically designed to give you the tools to succeed in the role and to help you expand your career within Resolvecall.

Where are we based ?

In the heart of Paisley town centre.

What are the hours?

We believe in a health work life balance so we will provide you option to work either a 4-day or 5-day week! The opening hours of the business are Monday – Thursday 8am - 8pm, Friday 8am-6:30pm and 9am-2pm on a Saturday.

  • Full time & Part time Permanent Contract.
  • Four day working week with the addition of one Saturday in every three.

Or

  • Five day working week rotational shift pattern available (working every second Saturday).

What do I need to be successful in this role?

We will consider candidates from different backgrounds, but we are particularly interested in candidates who come from collections or contact centre roles. If you have experience within Financial Services, this is also desirable. Some skills and qualities that we deem essential are:

· Excellent active listening and conversational skills

· To be able show empathy and build rapport with our customers

· Knowledge of average households’ income and outgoings

· IT skills, ability to use standard Microsoft packages and typing

· Punctual, hardworking, and enthusiastic

· Questioning and negotiation skills
