Summary Of The Role
- We are currently offering permanent roles that are full time
- Our working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm (flexible hours available) so no evening or weekend shifts that would impact on your family and social lives!
- The starting salary is £21,500 per year, with a pay review on completion of probation after 6 months
- We are based in our new, modern office in Kildean business park. We have abundant free parking spaces as well as providing a free shuttle bus from Stirling train station and free local bus service
- We offer 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Working in the Customer Service team of a major UK pension company, you’ll be in the front and back office ensuring business administrative duties are compliant by organising and providing support to the members of our customer service team. You’ll also be helping the customer service team with queries and ensuring customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer focused role is desired, but not required as we provide all of our Customer Service Representative full training from day one
- What is important to us is your ability to communicate easily on complex matters and an exceptional positive attitude to providing service and a commitment to learning
- A good basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. word, excel) and computer competency is essential to the role.
